Positive: Close to city centre, just a short walk. Car parking a bonus. Very quiet despite being on a main road. We'll equipped. Great shower. Negative: Be aware the key safe has a button each side, press both to open. Wall thermostat needs attention, difficult to set as numbers jump up and down at random when turning dial.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fabulous location. Positive: Fabulous location. Eight minute walk into centre. Negative: Property looking slightly tired but to be expected with a lot of use. Shower tray like a skating rink when wet and no shower mat provided. Had to use one of the towels in the shower tray to stop slipping.

Great location for central York…. Home from home!! Positive: Property was easy to find…. Exceptionally clean and comfortable….everything there that you could possibly need…bus stop right outside property where hop on hop off bus stops!!! Close to great local pubs…. Highly recommend Negative: Nothing

Property was in an excellent location for walking and getting the bus Positive: The location of this property couldn’t have been any better the flat was right next to sightseeing tour bus stop and it was a 10 minute walk into centre of York .busy road outside but was very quiet inside the flat Negative: Flat above shares access and could hear other residents now and again .only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe for our stay so we had to buy our own when we arrived .bin and recycling instructions not in book but we found bin out the back but it was full .

Fab space! Positive: Location and layout was fab! Host was Brilliant with a capital B! Negative: We had noisy neighbours which I know can’t be helped but they kept leaving main doer open which was annoying!
